Delete your Daizy Driver account.

This page is for drivers and installers who use the Daizy Driver app and want their account deleted. You can ask at any time, and it costs nothing.
How to ask
Any one of these is enough. We then confirm it with you on the number you log in with, so that nobody else can delete your account.
- Call or WhatsApp Daizy on +91 82000 78779 from the mobile number you log in with, and say you want your account deleted.
- Email info@daizy.co.in from any address, with your name and the mobile number you log in with.
- In the app: Menu, then Settings, then Delete my account.
What is deleted
Within 30 days of confirming: your account and login, your name and number, your document photographs, your bank account and UPI details, your location record, your board photographs, and the details of your phone. If you are a driver with a board fitted, we arrange with you to take the board back first.
What is kept, and why
- Records of payments we made to you, for eight years, because Indian company and tax law requires it.
- Summaries of where a campaign's boards went, which advertisers have already received and which no longer name you.
