Who the terms are between

Daizy Digital & Media Private Limited (Daizy), CIN U73100GJ2026PTC184333, GSTIN 24AANCD1243N1ZI, registered at A-63, Bhaktinagar, IOC Road, Chandkheda, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad 382424, Gujarat, which we call "we" and "us". And the business named in the order form, which we call "you". We sell to businesses. If you are booking for someone else, you confirm you are allowed to.

What we sell

A lit board about 16 by 10 inches, fixed inside an auto-rickshaw behind the driver's seat and facing the passenger, carrying your ad for the number of boards and the period you book. The board is lit while the auto is running.

One design runs on every board of a campaign. Other businesses, including your competitors, may advertise on our other boards at the same time. No campaign is exclusive.

The price is on the pricing page, per board per day, before GST. GST at 18% is added on the invoice. We do not quote a different price to different people for the same thing. We can change prices for future bookings; a campaign that is booked keeps its price.

Paying

The whole campaign is paid in advance, with GST on top, before we start printing your ad. We schedule the campaign once the full payment has reached us.

If something on an invoice looks wrong, tell us in writing within seven days of receiving it. After that the invoice counts as accepted.

Cancelling

If you cancel before we start printing your ad, we refund everything you paid within 15 working days.

Once printing has started, the campaign cannot be cancelled and nothing is refunded.

When your campaign runs

Each board's campaign starts on the day your ad is fitted on it. A large campaign may be fitted over a few days, so each board runs its full booked period from its own fitting day. A month is 30 days.

The campaign ends on each board when your ad comes off after its booked period.

Your design

Send your design at least three working days before the start date, in the size and format we give you. If you book 25 or more autos for at least one month, we make the design for you for free.

Every board already has a QR code fixed in its bottom-right corner. Keep that corner of your design plain and light, so the code can be scanned. If a design covers it, we will ask for a change before we print.

Before we print, we send you a final proof to approve. We are not responsible for a mistake in a proof you approved. Printed, lit colours can look a little different from your screen, and that is not a fault.

You are responsible for your design: that you have the right to use everything in it, that it is true and not misleading, and that it follows Indian law and the Advertising Standards Council of India's code. If a claim, notice or penalty ever comes from your design, you cover it, including our legal costs.

We can refuse a design, or ask you to change it, if it is unlawful, offensive or unsuitable. That includes political or religious content, alcohol or tobacco, adult content, and medical or financial claims that are not proven. We will tell you why.

To change your design during a campaign, we charge per board at our listed price for a change, and tell you the amount before we do it.

Board frames carry a small "Advertise with Daizy" mark, which stays. The boards and the printed ads remain ours, and we may dispose of used prints after the campaign.

Where the autos go

The autos are owned and driven by independent owners and drivers, not by us. They decide their routes, their hours and their days off.

Our autos are based in the areas on the coverage page, and each goes wherever its passengers are going. If you ask for a particular area, we try to fit your boards on autos that usually work there, but we cannot promise that any auto will be in a particular area, road or place at any time.

Your weekly report

Every week of the campaign we send you a report with dated photos of your ad, the kilometres the autos travelled, the areas they went to, and how many times your QR code was scanned. What the report contains may change as we improve it.

The report is for your information. It is not a guarantee or a measure of results, and no claim, deduction or refund is based on it.

To protect the drivers' privacy, we never share their names, numbers, documents or other personal details.

When a board is off the road

Because the autos are independently run, a board will sometimes be off the road: a driver's leave or illness, a breakdown or servicing, festivals, strikes, weather, repairs, or a sticker someone else puts on it.

That is a normal part of this kind of advertising. It does not extend the campaign, and no replacement, deduction or refund is due for it. If a board develops a fault that is ours to fix, we fix it promptly.

Permissions and the authorities

We arrange the permissions the boards need, or make sure the auto owners have them.

If a government authority orders a board removed or a campaign stopped for a reason that is not yours or your design's, we refund or credit the unused days, pro rata. That is the only remedy in that case. If the order is because of you or your design, nothing is refunded or credited.

What we do not promise

Advertising is not a promise of results. We do not guarantee any number of views, footfall, enquiries, leads or sales.

Our total liability for a campaign, whatever the cause, is limited to what you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business, profit or reputation.

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by things outside our control, such as strikes, bandhs, riots, natural events, epidemics, or orders of any authority. No extension, refund or compensation is due for them, except where an authority orders boards removed, as above.

Photos of your board

We may use photos of our boards carrying your ad to show other businesses what we do. Tell us in writing if you do not want that, and we will not.

Drivers and auto owners

The drivers and owners are independent. Our agreement is with them, and yours is with us. Please do not contact them about the campaign, offer them anything, or ask them to change how they drive.

During your campaign and for twelve months after it ends, do not arrange your advertising on an auto that carried your Daizy campaign, or approach its owner or driver for advertising, except through us. If you do, you pay us our listed price for that display, for as long as it runs.

Using this website

The words, photographs and design on this site are ours. You can read and share them; you cannot copy them for your own site or scrape them.

The contact form is for asking us to ring you. Do not use it to send anything else, or to send the same thing repeatedly. The form is rate-limited and the limits are there to keep it working for everyone.

Our privacy policy says what the site collects about you. It is short.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we disagree about something, we talk first and try to sort it out in good faith. The courts at Ahmedabad alone decide any dispute that cannot be settled that way.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. A revision applies only to campaigns booked after it is published, and the date at the top changes with it.
